Welcome to The Star Searcher!

My name is Effie Cecilia and I'm a fiction writer, a poet, and an avid reader! 

I'm 20 years old and a junior in college but when I'm not studying and drowning in school work I    love to write and explore different worlds through words (in one form or another.) 

This blog is going to be used for documenting my progress as a writer and whenever I read a brilliant piece of work or a novel, I will plant that somewhere here! 

I  hope that this blog will grant people inspiration and the ability to create things they never believed they could. As a fresh adult, I have found myself in countless situations where I didn't believe I could do something or I believed I was not the person to write a particular story or idea. 

Overall, my goal is to give readers and writers a place where some inspiration lies. Or for the most part, The Star Searcher will be used as a way to pass the time--which is fine by me!
